With a firm nod to history, Greenhook Ginsmiths’ Old Tom Gin is crafted from pot distilled corn, juniper, and botanicals inspired by the spice trade of the 1900’s. It’s aged for tw o years in bourbon casks and finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks. Unlike other Old Tom Gins, very little sugar is added, leading to a complex palate with a drier finish.
