The 2023 Grenache was handpicked on the 18th of February, fermented in open stainless-steel tanks, and matured in clay vessels ‘Clayvers’ and older French oak barrels for 9-10 mont hs. Lighter in colour, bright with medium depth, aromatic lifted nose with hints of spice in the background. Warm bouquets with hints of red fruits, raspberries, and cherries. Perfumed, hints of vanilla, soft on the palate with nice weight. Soft tannin, nice rich wine, fruity finish. 103 cases produced. Show more
