Imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels with Oregon-grown hazelnuts Grey Monday began years ago as a concoction for a molecular gastronomy dinner at one of our favorite restaurants. This treatment of our already popular stout was an instant hit both among the restaurant diners and our own staff, begging to be brewed again. Now it makes any Monday more palatable. This revered version of our infamous Black Tuesday is aged in barrels with ridiculous amounts of Oregon-grown hazelnuts.
