Grey Mullet are plump silvery fish with large scales and flat wide mouths. They prefer coastal and estuarine habitats and can often be seen swimming lazily close to the surface in reed beds, harbours and marinas. Our fish has great detail, the dark lateral line stripes, the orange detail on fins and gills and a beautiful glaze. Each fish is unique, hand-painted and hand-finished in Sicily, Italy, and has a hookand two loop-through holes in the mould behind the dorsal fin to allow invisible mounting or hanging using wire, cord or tacks.
