AMERICAN, PROVOLONE, MOZZARELLACHEESE SAUCETHIN CRUST This isn't a pizza I thought I'd ever make. But I stand in the pizza shop on Saturdays and listen to the parent/child negotiat ions when picking out pizzas. A lot of kids seem to only be looking for chicken tenders. And if they can't have tendies then they just want something simple and mildly-flavored. Not all kids, certainly, but enough to make me come up with this one. Grilled Cheese is more of a vibe with this new pizza than it is a cooking technique. The flavor and general aura of this pizza is definitely grilled cheesy. Our scratch made cheese sauce and a few mild cheeses on our thin crust. Undeniably simple. You don't have to be a kid to enjoy this one. No shame, it took me only a few minutes to eat this whole pizza with a little hot sauce. Show more
