This is where the Grip ‘n’ Rip (GNR) disc is an advantage.GNR disc is a stand still (static stance) warm up implement used by disc golfers to warm up their muscle groups, related directly to disc golf. Golfers hold the GNR disc just like they would a regular golf disc, and then go through their normal throwing motion or routine. The grip plus the GNR disc towel provides resistance to really work those muscle groups safely.
