Essential Loading Pin - The loading pin is probably the most essential part of a gripsters armory. Use it to attach your grip tools, perform vertical lifts, attach to cable machines and even perform wrist curls. The loading pin is simply a must have. This can be swapped out for our Standard 1" loading pin if required. Pinch Block - 60mm - How could we not include a Pinch Block in our starter bundle? One of the greatest tools for developing finger and thumb strength whilst blowing up your forearms. The 60mm pinch block included in this bundle is the ideal width for mid pinch training. Hub - Mid - A challenging lift that will help significantly improve finger strength. We include hubs into this bundle as they're honestly just so much fun. Tricky to master, but once you've got the hang of it, you won't be able to put it down, literally. Godlike Grip Chalk - What good is the perfect starter bundle if it doesn't include our famous Godlike Grip Chalk. With the 100g bag, there's plenty to get you started, just try not to make a mess on the floor! Heavy Duty Carabiner - Don't forget your trusty carabiner, used for attaching all the grip tools. Our heavy duty carabiners are rated up to 500kg so you're in safe hands whilst lifting. We would recommend picking another one up if you're like me.. A little lazy and can't be bothered switching between sets.
