Lamb spleen is rich in naturally occurring vitamins and minerals that are essential to a carnivore’s health. Secreting organs provide key nutrients that are not found in significant amounts in muscle meat alone, making them an important part of a balanced raw diet. Rotating different organs helps support a broader spectrum of nutrients over time. Feeding Guidance This product counts as a secreting organ in a raw diet. Secreting organs typically make up approximately 10% of a balanced raw diet, with about half of that being liver and the remaining portion made up of other organs such as kidney, spleen, or pancreas. Introduce gradually if your pet is new to organ meats, as they are rich and nutrient-dense. Feeding a too many organs can result in loose stool. Always supervise your pet during feeding. Storage & Handling Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in the refrigerator before feeding. Stays good in the refrigerator for about 3 days after thawing.
