Ground is the base you reach for when a formulation needs to behave like ground meat, full stop. It browns and crumbles the way ground meat does, holds its structure through cookin g, and delivers real fibre, clean protein, and a natural umami depth that most plant-based bases can't match. Its neutral flavour profile means it takes on marinades and spices readily, so it adapts to whatever cuisine or format you're building around it. It's also built to scale - the same performance from a foodservice bench trial to a full production run, with a lower environmental footprint than traditional meat and none of the synthetic binders or gums that usually come with "meaty" plant proteins. Ingredients: Textured Protein (Pea Protein, Oyster Mushroom) Feature bullets: No pre-hydration needed — instantly absorbs moisture Hearty, meat-like texture that holds up in cooking and browning Naturally clean-label — no methylcellulose, no gums High in fibre and protein, with a lower environmental footprint than meat Neutral flavour, ready to take on any cuisine direction Show more
