Includes cleansing, exfoliation, a finishing mask, and gentle massage to support radiance and relaxation. Reiki – An intuitive energy healing session beginning with a guided meditation, customized to promote deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and stress relief. Sound Healing – Vibrational sound therapy to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite emotional release, creativity, and deep rest. A sweet, two-hour wellness experience for groups of three, two, or individually designed to calm your nervous system, fill your cup, and offer space to connect with friends in a heart-centered way.
