The Coffee Our house coffee is made with 100% Arabica beans from Daterra Farm in Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region. Daterra is one of Brazil's best-known speciality coffee producers, and this coffee gives a rich, rounded cup with plenty of chocolate and caramel sweetness while retaining a little fruit and brightness.
