GROWTH WORK Mindset Reset Book Club 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month from 12pm-1:30pm (Pacific) We will be reading The Overthinker's Guide to Making Decisions by Joseph Nguyen next. May 5 June 2, 16, 30 July 7, 21 August 4, 18 We focus on personal growth, looking at what's getting in the way of us reaching the goals that we set, and rewiring our neuropathways. Together, we set a safe environment so that we can have open and honest discussions which lead to self discovery. Silent/Deep Work Sessions Wednesdays 9:30am-11:30am (Pacific) In the first 10 minutes, we will say hello and let each other know what we'll be working on. If you show up later, just post (in the chat) what you'll be working on or accomplishing in the session. We will keep ourselves muted. Feel free to leave early. If you stay until the end, we'll unmute ourselves in the last 10 minutes to share what we accomplished and say goodbye. Quarterly Workshop Quarterly presentations on the topic of marketing and merchandising. TBD The Dream Team 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month from 12pm-1:30pm (Pacific) In our sessions together, we create a safe space, lifting each other up and asking what we can best do to support each other. We learn together about systems, budgeting, email marketing, costing, pricing, and other topics that we can only discuss with colleagues who understand where we are coming from.
