GRP Step Over Platform The GRP Step Over Platform is a free-standing access platform made from glass reinforced polyester (GRP), designed to let people step safely over pipework, cables and other low-level obstacles. It is available in 12 combinations of footprint and clearance height, with yellow edging to mark the step change and a gritted, slip-resistant surface underfoot. Key features Certified anti-slip surface - tested to BS7976.2 with a coefficient of friction of 72 dry, 68 wet and 63 in oil. Load and fire rated - BS EN 124 Class A15 load rating, BS 476 Part 7 Class 2 fire rating. Non-conductive - safe around electrical and high-voltage equipment. Free-standing - no anchoring or permanent installation, so it can be repositioned as needed. Wide operating range - resists chemicals, corrosion and UV, working from -50°C to +110°C indoors or outdoors. 12 sizes - four footprints and three clearance heights, plus bespoke sizes to order.
