Item is too fragile to ship. Nutty Gruyere cheese, roasted garlic with a touch of herbs and finished with flaked sea salt. Coleen uses a nutty aged French Gruyere that is shredded fresh. Then it's paired with roasted garlic to soften that pungent bite. Then, a blend of rosemary, black pepper and sage for more flavor.
