From the 2024 harvest, we spotted an awesome chance to really play with these expressive varietals, so we got straight to work, with Gewurz on skin for fermentation.From there, it was all about keeping our hands off – leaning hard into minimal intervention – and we bottled it without fining, because why fight against all those delicious layers and intriguing edges we'd worked so hard to find?
