An ode to the Massachusetts cranberry, this liqueur starts with bold, overproofed white rum infused with heaps of Cape Cod cranberries and finished in cabernet sauvignon casks. The rich, molasses-based rum serves as a sold foundation for the tartness of cranberries and dry, tannin-like finish of oaked wine. Add to champagne, cocktails, or enjoy neat after a hearty meal.
