In sequence: mulberries and raspberries jam, potpourri of flowers and red berries, vanilla, sweet tobacco, white chocolate, leather and a scent of eucalyptus. Velvety tannin. The equilibrium and harmony of this wine can be found in the balance between freshness, tannicity and alcoholic tenor. Ends long and persistent. Appellation: I.G.P. Negroamaro Salento Rosso Appassimento. Varietal composition: Negroamaro 100%. Vineyards location: Cellino San Marco (BR). Training: Alberello.
