Items are prepared fresh and shipped directly from the bakery in Danvers, Massachusetts We ship Monday - Thursday of each week with UPS, please have orders in by Wednesday to guarantee same week shipping. Our products are perishable and we recommend a 2-day transit time. If you are outside the New England area, we highly suggest UPS 2 or 3 day vs ground. Ground can take up to a week to ship across country. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. The Cookie Monstah is not held responsible for delays in shipping once your order has left the bakery.
