Ixlama comes to us from the Huehuetenango region in Guatemala. Small producers in the Highlands of San Pedro Necta and La Libertad hand-pick the ripest cherries and bring them to t he Ixlama mill. The cherries are sorted for quality before being placed on “Guardiola” or coffee driers. They are then sorted by color using a computer and separated by size mechanically. The result is a clean, bright cup that’s super drinkable. Look for citrus and berry flavors and a sweet, sugary finish. Show more
