Fragrance Description: GUERLAIN Shalimar EDC, is a brighter, more "aerial" version of the classic that smells like lemon-infused velvet and smoldering vanilla. It opens with a sparkling, effervescent burst of bergamot that is far more prominent than in the denser concentrations. This leads to a heart of powdery iris before settling into a transparent, smoky base of animalic vanilla, incense, and soft leather. Type: Oriental Original Release/Year: 1927 This bottles Batch Code/year: VCOX4 = 1998 Season: fall winter Occasion: Evening Longevity: Six hours Projection: Moderate Gender: Feminine marketed but I would consider this unisex Scent Era: Classic Identifying the vintage: Older bottles came in different bottle types than this one. Generally I would pursue boxes with short ingredient lists (pre-2006). (Full bottles are not for sale. All sales are final once shipped.
