Guest Parking Pass A Guest Parking Pass lets a resident manage guest parking for their household through the online guest parking tool. Choose the length of access that fits how of ten you host guests. What each pass includes Annual (1 year) — includes a physical hanger. You are mailed a reusable physical guest hanger for your household, and you receive one year of guest parking app access. The physical hanger belongs to your address and does not expire — keep it. Only the online/app access renews yearly. 6 Month — app access only. Six months of guest parking app access. No physical hanger is mailed. 1 Month — app access only. One month of guest parking app access. No physical hanger is mailed. Physical hanger vs. app access These are two different things. The physical hanger never expires — it stays valid for your address indefinitely. The app access does expire at the end of the period you purchased. When app access lapses, your guests can no longer be validated online or granted new guest parking until access is renewed, even though the physical hanger itself remains a valid hanger. What this pass is NOT It is not a guarantee that a guest may park for the full period. The pass duration (1 month / 6 months / 1 year) is the length of your website and app access — it is not a right for any guest to park for that whole time. It does not override community parking rules. All guest parking remains subject to your community's parking rules and limits at all times — including any limits on how long a guest may stay, how many guests may park at once, and where they may park. A valid pass does not exempt a guest vehicle from those rules or from enforcement. It is not a resident/owner vehicle registration. This pass is for hosting guests, not for registering a resident's own vehicle. It is not transferable between addresses. The pass and any hanger belong to the purchasing household's address.
