A term coined by psychologist Carl Jung, the Shadow is the part of our being which is often hidden - even from us. It is where our traumas, resentments, and dis-ease of Spirit nakedly reside. What is Shadow Work & why do it? Shadow Work is the productive exploration of the darker parts of oneself. Shadow Work does not involve self-pity or masochism at an unhealthy degree; rather, it is a tool to alchemize that which burdens our Soul so we may live truly and freely. The purpose of Shadow Work is to integrate all aspects of ourselves to transcend inner duality and move into oneness. Why do I need a guide? Frankly: You do not. Millions of people over the centuries have done Shadow Work alone. You probably have, too! But if you find yourself in a space where you believe you'd benefit from an experienced journeyer of liminal spaces, this might be a great opportunity for you. What are the benefits of having a guide? Trauma is both created and healed in relationships. Have you ever opened up to a loved one about something serious and they rejected or judged you? Reactions such as this can perpetuate trauma and instill a sense of shame, which only pushes a person further into their unhelpful patterns. On the other end of the spectrum: Have you ever sat with someone who really received you, turning away from no parts of your being, as you sobbed and cursed your pains? That experience is healing. I am called to bear witness to you as you explore yourself. I happily offer myself as a supportive figure who walks beside you with a lantern as you navigate your inner Hell. Brass Tacks: Guided Shadow Work Sessions are $75/session. Session can be booked at the following intervals: (1) one-time session; (2) six sessions; (3) twelve sessions; (4) and 18 sessions. Sessions are scheduled on a bi-weekly (2x/month) basis, and there is some fluidity in scheduling. (1) You can use a payment plan through Shop Pay or you can select (2) the recurring payment option, which will autodraft from your preferred account. Recurring payments are bi-weekly (2x/month). It is best to book the 6, 12, or 18 session packages so you receive the most effective care, but you are welcome to book only one session at a time.
