From basic string changes to full guitar setups, our experience guitar techs will service your guitar with a focus on optimization and maximizing the playability and feeling of your guitar. With many years of experience, we use the most precise tools to calibrate and fine tune your guitar, giving you confidence and enhancing the reliability of the instrument every single time you play! Cost of strings is not included in service prices. Guitar services can only be done at our location in Jackson, Missouri. If you purchase a guitar service you must call to schedule your service within 30 days of purchase. If you do not schedule your service and/or your guitar does not arrive at our store within 30 days, you will not be refunded for your purchase. Any person(s) shipping an instrument to our store location for services will be responsible for shipping costs and packing material to and from our store location. The cost to ship back to you will be added to your final bill and will require a separate purchase. FAILURE TO DO ANY OF THE REQUIRED ITEMS COULD RESULT IN DELAYS IN SERVICING YOUR GUITAR. ***Guitar Dude Special - A complete inspection and cleaning of your beloved instrument. It starts with a Full Set-up to get your guitar in prime playing condition. Then we follow up with a full maintenance inspection to make sure all hardware pieces are tight and secure including: input jack, tuners, strap buttons, pickguard screws, as well as pickup height adjustments. Finally, we finish up with a thorough cleaning. We start with cleaning the frets and treating the fretboard with F-ONE oil. Then we thoroughly clean the hardware pieces. We end the process with a three step cleaning process using Music Nomad brand Detailer, Cleaner, and Wax providing an ultimate cleaning and protection experience.
