The Grumman Gulfstream I (G-159) is a twin-turboprop business aircraft, designed and manufactured by Grumman Aircraft (now Gulfstream Aerospace). It was a pioneer in the business aviation market and laid the foundation for the successful Gulfstream series of business jets. The Gulfstream I set the standard for future Gulfstream models, combining turboprop efficiency and flexibility with a comfortable cabin. Its success in the business aviation market led to the development of subsequent aircraft, including the jet-powered Gulfstream II. A total of 200 Grumman Gulfstream I aircraft were built. Production spanned from 1959 to 1969.
