Guns N’ Roses, Los Angeles CA, 1988. This was my first shoot with Guns N’ Roses—back then, they were Sunset Strip legends, living up to their bad boy rep with wild shows that were as loud as they were chaotic. I got the call from Rolling Stone to shoot them, and I had the place. I got the band to meet me at this liquor store right on the corner—neon lights, gritty vibe—it was perfect.
