The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine (GUR or DIU) is the premier military intelligence agency for Ukraine, founded in 1992. Led by Kyrylo Budanov, it conducts strategic, operational, and technical intelligence, including undercover operations and cybersecurity against Russia. It operates directly under the Ministry of Defence. This patch was purchased from a store in Ukraine. It is not worn.
