Gurmar Leaves powder - 200 mgs. 800 mgs extract per capsule equals to (4200+200) Full spectrum = 4400 mg powder that is 4.40 gms. Potency And Efficacy Powder usually requires a higher dosage to achieve desired effects and is less potent as compared to extract. Extract requires 5 to 15 times less quantity dosage as compared to powder to achieve the same effects as in powder with more quantity. Extract enhances the potency and efficacy of the herb.
