Holistic Health Strategy, “12SYAPTPP”, for Care and Curiosity of Ulcerative Colitis: Integrating 12-Steps of Recovery, Yoga Asana, Plasmapheresis, and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Abstract: The “12SYAPTPP” integrative healing protocol addresses ulcerative colitis by targeting gut microbiome dysbiosis and associated immune dysfunction. This pro-consciousness, 8-week protocol incorporates four key components: 1) The 12 Steps of recovery, a process designed to shift emotional states and promote a sense of interconnectedness; 2) Yoga Asana, focusing on endocrine balance; 3) Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy to stimulate cellular regeneration and reduce inflammation; and 4) Plasmapheresis to detoxify the bloodstream and modulate immune function. "12SYAPTPP" seeks to demonstrate the potential of holistic approaches to harmonize whole-body imbalances contributing to chronic inflammatory conditions like UC. The 12 Steps address the emotional component of healing by targeting the "illusion of separation." Yoga Asana promotes endocrine balance to support overall well-being. PEMF therapy aims to optimize cellular function and tissue repair through low-intensity frequencies. Plasmapheresis aids in removing inflammatory factors and potentially resetting immune responses. This multi-faceted approach investigates the interplay between emotional, physical, and energetic factors in UC, exploring a holistic path towards healing. This study will measure changes in elimination patterns, symptom reduction, sleep quality, energy levels, and potential reduction in allopathic therapies.
