The Story Guyframe (Gaiflame) 26 January 1990. Before Langrisser existed there were four strategy games credited to Masayuki Suzuki, and this is the last of them — the one where th e ideas finally stand up straight. Fans later grouped these together and called them the Elthlead Trilogy: the rough drafts of a series that became famous without them. It is the year 4220, a federation has found something it should not have in an ancient ruin, and you move armoured knights across a world map until you meet somebody. Everything well known had an experiment before it. This is one of those experiments, still intact. — The shopkeeper, Enjoy Game Japan Used. Tested and working. HuCARD only — the case and manual are not included. The card has scuffs and scratches from normal use. Please check before you buy: this is an NTSC-J (Japanese region) HuCARD. It needs a Japanese PC Engine, or a system modified for region-free play, and it will not fit a North American TurboGrafx-16 without an adapter. Used HuCARDs are never manufactured again — what is on the shelf is simply what survived. This one was cleaned and tested by hand here in Japan before it was listed.
