Ready to bake & serve straight from the oven. All you need:contents of seasoning pouch,1 1/4 cups (280 g) process cheese spread,1 1/2 cups (140 g) shredded cheddar,1 1/2 cup (360 m l) whole milk.All you do:In cast iron skillet, or other oven proof skillet, over medium heat, pour milk and heat until simmering. Reduce to medium-low heat. In meantime, preheat oven to broil. Stir in process cheese spread, a bit at a time, until all is melted. Stir in the cheddar. Stirring constantly until everything is perfectly blended. Stir in the seasoning. Add a bit of cheddar on top and broil 3-4 minutes. Top with fresh chopped herbs, tomatoes or chilies and serve with tortilla or pita chips!. Show more
