This Stainless Japanese Gyuto is your perfect companion for precise slicing. Handmade in Winnipeg Manitoba, it's crafted from AEBL High Carbon Stainless steel and features a very t hin edge and satin belt finish. Comfort is key; the ergonomic handle fits comfortably and ensures it stays in your hand during use. We offer a few different exotic woods for the handle, such as East Indian Rosewood and Bocote, which are durable exotics that stand up well to moisture. Each knife handle includes G10 liners for a pop of colour. This wood is quite durable and although they are not dishwasher safe, a light coat of mineral oil from time to time is enough to protect them from moisture and humidity changes. This knife is a great companion to the Japanese Petty Knife, if you are looking for a thin, long slicer that'll hold a great edge!
