How to use the Haakaa Breast Pump Bend back the flange and attach the opening of the neck to your nipple, making sure it is centred.Let the flange back again hugging your breast, creating a suction.It will catch all the let down as well as gently draw out the milk because of the vacuum it creates.You may need to repeat to adjust if it doesn't feel right.Once the pump is secure and comfortable, squeeze the base of the pump to apply suction to start the flow of milk.Use until flow has slowed or you are happy with the amount of breastmilk caught.
