A Hackamore Combi applies pressure to the horse's nose and chin as well as across their tongue. The mouthpiece is adjustable. It is very important that the nose-band of the hackamo re is placed correctly. The rubber nose piece of the Hackamore Combi should sit slightly above the area where the nasal bone ends and the cartilage begins. The hackamore is not suitable for inexperienced riders or horses. Sweet Iron - will rust when in contact with humidity (air). The surface rust tastes sweet and naturally simulates the salvation production. This will cause the hors to salivate more which will encourage the horse to take more contact. The process of rusting (oxidisation) changes the blue colour of the Trust bit to a brownish - grey.
