Haddock are close relatives of Cod, but slightly smaller and with a distinct black fingerprint-like blotch on their skin, just above the pectoral fin. These Haddock are from Icelan dic seas and certified MSC. They are lean but succulent and have small white flakes that readily break apart, great cooked in butter or roasted in the oven.
