A 262-piece wooden jigsaw puzzle of naturalist Ernst Haeckel's 1899 illustration of 12 hummingbird species. The puzzle is a bit harder than average for its piece count, it has irre gular piece shapes and connector shapes, a straight edge, and just a few themed whimsy pieces. Puzzle design by Maria Berg. The 12 hummingbirds illustrated are: Ruby-throated, Horned Sungem, Crimson Topaz, Red-tailed Comet, Tufted Coquette, Sword-billed, Buff-tailed Sicklebill, Dot-eared Coquette, Omismy petasophora, Hooded Visobearer, Hylocharis stokesii, and the Booted racket-tail.
