They are small firm berries with a slightly sweet and sour flavor. Lingonberry Preserve is a traditional Scandinavian food with an exotic flavor. Hafi Lingonberry Preserve is made in Sweden and is a delicious alternative to tart jams and preserves, such as currant or raspberry. The very first Hafi products were made in 1938 by Carl Dellgren, who joined with his son and son-in- law to found a cider house.
