Hakutsuru Brewing Company spent over 10 years developing their own unique rice strain, Hakutsurunishiki. With this first successful crossbreed of Yamadaho and Wataribune in 70 year s, they brewed a wonderful, full-bodied sake with a satisfying, floral aroma.
