Simply pull the locking lever back and the halyard line is pushed into the softer neoprene insert locking it in place. Designed to eliminate fishing lines from creeping back towards the boat while trolling lures, baits, spreader bars etc. Made of UV resistant Nylon and Stainless Steel hardware to give you years of reliable use.
