Pre-order for December 2025 Quarter lamb box offers you ethically raised, 100% grass-fed Katahdin lamb. Their breed is a hair sheep, with a mild, delicious flavour. Raised with care on our farm in Bear River, our lambs spend every day of their lives on pasture with their family. We practice rotational grazing to offer them a variety of grasses and forage, while also fertilizing the land and lowering their health risks. Raised without antibiotics or hormones.Each box includes a variety of cuts wrapped and labelled. A $200 deposit secures your order, with the final price based on actual hanging weight—final cost will be between $500 and $600. Optional organs (kidney, heart and liver) and soup bones come free, and you can choose from the standard variety of cuts listed below or custom options. If you select custom cuts, we'll contact you for more information.
