This Wagyu half beef share yields approximately 300 pounds of premium beef, including a variety of steaks, a selection of roasts, and plenty of ground beef. All cuts are dry‑aged, cut to our standard Claim specifications, then vacuum‑sealed and flash‑frozen. Our cattle are grass‑fed and grain‑finished for optimal marbling and flavor. To reserve your share, you place a non‑refundable $1,750 deposit, which is 50% of the total.
