The half beast (half of a cow) is an even split of a whole beast so you can enjoy all cuts. Our half beast weighs approximately 85kg -95kg and will last a family 6 to 9 months. A half side of beef will cost approximately $2,000 depending on the weight of the animal @ $23.50/kg. All cuts are cryovaced and labelled by cut for your convenience. IMPORTANT NOTE: Our price per/kg excludes bones. Most meat suppliers will include bones in their quoted bulk price per/kg. We have a separate option to add a box of bones to your order if you wish, at no extra cost - simply add a bone box to your cart and it will be free at the checkout. We are mindful that most people have limited freezer space. Deposit payment: A $110 deposit is required to secure your order.
