To be safe, it’s a good idea to have slightly more space available, especially if you plan to store additional cuts or extras like bones and organs. Once your beef has been processed, you’ll be billed for the final amount, based on the actual weight of the cow, due before shipment or at pick up. Cost per lb after deposit $8.50/lb. This includes processing and packaging. Delivery is free up to 75 miles and $1/ mile after 75 miles. Our cattle go through a very low stress process from everyday life, to handling with ease and respect. When it comes time to process, everything is done locally and our animals do not spend stressful hours on a trailer or sitting in pens.
