How it works: You reserve a Rocky Acre half beef share today with a $464. deposit. We reserve one of our premium angus steers for your family. Our USDA-certified butcher will process your beef and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($1390). Then we will ship it, or deliver it to your door. A half beef includes: Approximately 200lbs. of our premium pasture-raised and grain-finished beef.
