*FALL 2026 PRE-ORDER* This non-refundable $500 deposit reserves your whole beef share. The remaining balance will be based on a $7.25/lb hanging carcass weight of the animal and wi ll be due at pick up. The average hanging weight of a half beef share will range between 325-375 pounds and can yield between 200-250 pounds of packaged beef. Once you have made your deposit we will contact you to help you select the cut sheet that best suits your needs and wants.
