Our Half Dream Matcha is a Chinese matcha made from material from Zhejiang province and the longjing (dragon well) 43 cultivar. A creamy and dreamy matcha for those who enjoy a sub tle and nuanced matcha experience. A strong mineral backbone expresses the cultivar's signature character alongside an elegant umami.
