Use shop rags (available at most hardware stores). Apply Oil Shake the bottle (Recommended: puncture a small hole in the cap for controlled pouring.) Pour oil onto the rag and apply evenly, following the grain. Let the oil penetrate for 12-24 hours for proper saturation. Apply Wax Rub a small amount of wax into the wood with your palm, following the grain. Ensure even coverage until a light sheen appears. We recommend to let the wax cure for 24 hours before use. Maintenance Tips Frequency: Apply oil and wax monthly during the first year, adjusting based on climate and usage. Results: Do not apply or leave fresh Tung oil on the surface in direct sunlight. This will flash cure it on the surface and will turn white.
