Includes 1 stainless steel flame tamer with slots. This flame tamer is great if you have more than a 40 degree temperature difference from side to side. This will get rid of the hot spot over the fire pot and help even out temperatures across the grates. Install the flame tamer with the half closed side toward the left where your temperature probe is. This will distribute the heat to the right for more even cooking. This mod will NOT warp!
