We aim for our lambs to dress out at 10-14kg giving you around 8-1 1kg of lamb - give or take (this is really food, not packaged shit, so I can’t guarantee it down to the gram). Your half lamb will be cut up into: Cutlets Loin Chops BBQ Chops Half Leg Roasts Shank Riblets Mince Neck and Chunk may be included if box weight allows. Due to weight limits we are restricted to 11kg. From our paddock to your plate, this is as local and honest as it gets. Raised right here on the family farm, by Tara (and Typo, who supervised).
