Fill your freezer with 100% grass fed lamb, raised on pasture and processed to your specifications. Our lambs are rotationally grazed on fresh grass and forage throughout the seaso n. No growth hormones. No unnecessary antibiotics. Just clean, pasture-raised meat from animals raised with care. Buying a whole or half lamb is the most cost-effective way to stock your freezer and gives you a full variety of cuts, including: Chops Leg roasts Shoulder roasts Ground lamb Stew meat Shanks You’ll choose your preferred cuts and packaging. What to expect: Half of a lamb: 30-40 lbs. hanging weight yields 18-25 lbs. of packaged meat Freezer space needed: less than 1 cubic foot. A half lamb can fit into about 1/4 of a standard refrigerator freezer. Limited number available each season. A deposit is required to reserve your lamb.
