Half-light, another word for twilight, is that time after sunset before complete darkness. Previous Half-Light Fighters have been nearly all black, but the color case hardening at the center of this piece is looks to my eyes like the sky and clouds at twilight making it maybe a more appropriate name even than before. The long blade is woodgrain pattern Damascus with a sweeping wedge grind at the spine (not sharp). The color case hardened guard has my Thorned shape sitting atop a polished nickel silver spacer and an African Blackwood handle.
